The 2001 War &Peace show

In July 2001 me and a friend Danny Bosma visited the War & Peace show. The  War & Peace show is the largest peacetime gathering of military vehicles in the world. The event is annually organised by the Invicta Military Preservation  Society (IMPS) and takes place at The Hop Farm Park, Beltring near Paddockwood in the UK.

After spending almost 5 days on the event, arriving daily at 10.00 am and leaving at 10.00 pm, one still has the feeling one didn't see it all! So many vehicles, so many militaria, so many parts and so many people with a green spirit! Yes it was a 5-day extravaganza. Most important is that we met a lot of "green minded" friends and had a lot of fun..
